Lahore Session court accepts petition to register gambling case against Moin Khan

LAHORE: Lahore Session court accepted the petition to register a gambling case against Chief Selector of Pakistan cricket team Moin Khan, TheNewsTribe.com report.

According to TheNewsTribe.com correspondent, the court has sent the notification to Station House Officer (SHO) Islampura to give the answer in a weeks.

In that petition, applicant stated that Moin Khan has destroyed the image of the team by gambling in the casino.

It is pertinent to mention here that the PCB has called back Moin Khan from World Cup tour after media report appeared stating that the chief selector had visited casino in Christchurch, New Zealand ahead of  a match between Pakistan and West Indies.

The PCB chairman first sought clarification from his casino visit later the chairman ordered him to return to the country immediately.
