BADIN – Senior Vice President of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Shery Rehman, said that show cause notices has been issued to fahmida mirza and her son on Wednesday.
Talking to the media she said that show cause notices has been sent to them to let them clear their stance on the issue of Zulfiqar Mirza.
Case has been registered against Zulfiqar Mirza for attacking the police officers and the police station as well.
She also added that the act of attacking the security institutes of the country comes under the terrorist category which will be dealt in a best manner by the police force.
While talking to a private TV channel she said that Zulfiqar Mirza has went up to malign the PPP and he has been using derogatory language against the party and its honorable leadership.
She said that the issue of storming at the police station by the Zulfiqar Mirza will be dealt taking into account the rule of law by setting aside all the prejudice and personal entanglement.
She also said that Fahmida mirza had remain a speaker of National Assembly from PPP platform and she is well aware of law.
Sherry Rehman said that we still want the matter to be solved in a peaceful way but if someone keep on pushing us to take strict action then we will not bent down.
