GUJRAT – The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has formally announced the name of its candidate for NA-108 by-election, former PPP MNA Chaudhry Tariq Tarrar will contest election on PTI’s ticket.
PTI announced the name of new candidate for NA-108 by election after the seat went vacant when former MNA Ejaz Chaudhry was disqualified by the court.
While announcing the name PTI fully ignored the family of Former Ijaz Chaudhry who was disqualified for concealing his degree, and announced the name of former PPP MNA Chaudhry Tariq.
Ijaz Chaudhry who has been disqualified wanted a party ticket for minister ship for his Nephew, Aadil Imtiaz Chaudhry.
The contest will be very interesting with PPP and JI also have a sizeable support in NA-108.
Asif Basheer Bhagat will be the contestant from PPP, while JI’s candidate will be Riaz Farooq.
PML-N is likely to give party ticket to one of its most trust worthy former MNA Mumtaz Ahmad Tarrar, who remained runner up in the general election 2013.
