Sindh High Court Rules Out Application Of Mirza’s Wife

KARACHI – The wife of Saulat Mirza file an application in the Sindh High Court to re-open the Shahid Hamid murder case, but Sindh High Court rules out her application for reopening the case on Friday.

This is the third time that the day of death penalty announced for Saulat Mirza, because earlier on two times he survived death penalty in the wake of investigation by Joint Investigation Team (JIT).

Court has given its verdict to hang Saulat Mirza on May 12.

His wife, on Thursday, given the application in the Sindh High Court to stop his hanging once again and reopen Shahid Hamid Murder case for in depth investigation.

Court in its order rules out the application saying there is no room for more delay in hanging and re-opening of already buried cases.
