Apple iPad 5 vs LG G Pad: specs, release date and more

Washington: As American giant Apple gearing up to launch fifth version of its flagship device likely iPad 5, South Korean technological giant LG step up as its rival with its G Pad.

Apple enjoy the great response at the launch of iPad 4 now company expecting to get the same response on the launch o iPad 5.

On the other hand LG have a remarkable response on the launch of its flagship device LG G2.

The specs of both devices, however, seem to be really interesting:

The user in the market demands faster device. Apple keeping in view the demands of users is working on Quad Core A7 chip. The chip will allow the users to play games swiftly and they can perform tasks within no time.

The G Pad will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and will also include 2GB of RAM to provide a snappy user experience

Screen plays a vital role in the success of the tablet gadgets. iPad 5 is expected to have a 9.7 inch screen. The users is always in search of clear display, so Apple is likely to use its Retina Display for iPad 5 which allows the user to see the individual pixel when used at a normal distance.

On the other hand G Pad will be available with 8.3-inch WXUGA display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 including 350 nit brightness and 60% color reproduction rate.

The storage capacity of new iPad 5 will be 16/32/64 and 128 GB which will allow the users to store data as much he likes. According to reports, LG G Pad will include 64 GB of storage capacity.

Apple iPad will 5 be coming with the updated operating system iOS 7 while G Pad will run on Android Jelly Bean 4.3.

As far as release date is concerned, Apple iPad 5 is expected to come in September of 2013.

LG will reportedly announce the G Pad 8.3 at IFA 2013 in Berlin and will ship the Wi-Fi model before the end of September, followed by the LTE model at the beginning of October.
