Nawaz Sharif urges peace in Karachi ‘at any cost’

KARACHI: The Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif urged establishment of peace in Karachi at any measure while talking with the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar today in Islamabad.

The interior minister provided briefing over law and order situation of Karachi to PM Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Friday.

The PM ordered to take all measure for restoration of law and order in Karachi and asked to provide maximum support to provincial government.

Nawaz Sharif directed the minister for making a joint mechanism of intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

Subsequently, Chaudhry Nisar informed the prime minister about overall law and order situation of the country including Karachi.
