The 13th edition of the Solheim Cup is being at the Colorado Golf Club in Parker, Colorado. The 3-day tournament pits the 12 best players born in the United States against the 12 best players of European nationality.
Team USA holds the current lead of 8-4, but it was Europe who picked up the latest victory with a 15-13 win over Rosie Jones’ USA team in 2011.
The biennial golf tournament will take place from Friday 16th – 18th August 2013, where Sky Sports will broadcast over 31 hours of exclusive live coverage, starting with the opening ceremony on Thursday evening.

Sarah Stirk will be joined in the course-side studio by Laura Davis, who has played in every Solheim Cup from 1990-2011; Christina Kim, who won 6 of the ten matches she played in at Solheim Cup for USA during 2005-2011; and Mickey Walker, who captained the European team on four separate occasions.
