CDA’s Park Enclave-II Balloting on February 9

Balloting of plots of the unique housing project of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Park Enclave-II would be held here on Tuesday the 9th February, 2016 at Pak-China Friendship Centre at 11:00 A.M.

To ensure execute the balloting of plots of Park Enclave-II, Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal has constituted committee headed by the Member Finance, Waseem Ahmed Khan. The committee is comprises of Deputy Director General (Land and Estate), Director Estate Management-I (East), Director Law, Director Public Relations, Director Regional Planning and Deputy Director-II (Estate Management-I) as its member.

The committee, during its review meeting, finalized all the arrangements made for transparent balloting of plots of Park Enclave-II.

Expressing satisfaction over the final arrangements, Chairman of the committee said that after the successful balloting of plots in Park Enclave in its first phase, CDA invited applications for allotment of plots through balloting, adding that once again, people have shown their interest in balloting of plots in Park Enclave-II.

The committee was apprised that till the last date of submission of applications, 932 applications have been received, which are being scrutinized on war footing basis.

The committee decided that after scrutiny process of all applications, names of the applicants would be posted on CDA Website.

Meanwhile, Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal has directed the committee to ensure transparent balloting of plots in Park Enclave-II. He directed the concerned formations of the Authority to inform the applicants through advertisement in the newspapers couple of days before the balloting of plots, so they could witness the whole balloting process in a transparent manner. Chairman CDA directed that after the balloting of plots, allotment letters to the successful applicants will be issued immediately, adding that the amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful applicants on urgent basis.

To meet the housing requirement of the public in the Federal Capital, Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal said that CDA will launch state-of-the-art housing projects on similar pattern of Park Enclave.
