The Ashes 2nd test Day 4: England declare at 349 an loss of 6 wickets against Australia

London: England on Sunday lead by 582 runs after declaring its 2nd inning at the total of 349 on loss of 6 wickets against Australia in the second test of The Ashes played at Lord’s.

England starts its second Innings having lead of 233 runs. England loss three wickets early but Joe Root and Tim Bresnan came with a rescue. Bresnan after making 38 become the victim of James Pattinson at the total of 129 runs. Joe Root continue his inning along with Ian Bell who made 74 runs while opener complete his century to lead England to 333 for 5 at stumps Day 3.

In the first hour of play England loss another wicket in shape of Jonny Bairstow while Joe Root after making 180 become the victim of Ryan Harris at the total of 349 runs.  England declare its second inning on 349 runs. Hosts lead by 582 runs.

Peter Siddle took 3 wickets while Ryan Harris finishes of with 2 wickets for Australia.
