Stoned to death: local administration demands court for exhuming of couple’s body

Loralai: Local administration on Monday has demanded the court for exhuming the body of couple who stoned to death by the people of the village after a cleric issued a fatwa against them. According to details, a Levies force official, Abdul Latif Jogezai asked to court to give permission for exhuming the bodies as both were buried without shroud and no funeral prayer were offered for them. Jogezai said that both were killed on suspicion of having illicit relations. DAMASCUS: United Nations organised peace talks between government and opposition groups in Syria have ended without much progress as the second round ended in a deadlock.
