Pakistan, Japan to increase cooperation in economy, security

TOKYO: Japan has pledged to work with and support Pakistan in areas of economy, security, democracy and rule of law. Punjab govt announces to form ‘Citizens Peace Core Committee’

LAHORE: Punjab Educational Department has announced to form Punjab Citizens Peace Core Committee for the security of educational institutions on Thursday. PAT to hold countrywide protests over Model Town tragedy

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activist Saulat Mirza has filed the petition in Supreme Court (SC) after removing all the objections of registrar. Four convicts executed in Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad jails

KARACHI: As many as four convicted terrorists Bahram Khan, Zulfiqar, Nawazish Ali and Mushtaq Ahmed were executed on Tuesday morning in Karachi, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad jails respectively, local media reported.
