Islamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday said that the state and constitution were the main plaintiff in the treason case against former military ruler Pervez Musharaf.
Talking to a private television, the PM said that no one above the state and its constitution and it was the responsibility of every citizen to present itself before the court.
He said that court has to decide the future of Pervez Musharaf and it has also to decide whether he breached the constitution on November 3, 2007 or not.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pervez Musharraf stands accused over his imposition of emergency rule in November 2007.
