Robin Roberts recently revealed that she is gay on her Facebook page while telling people about her health battles this year.
Although she never admitted it publicly, she was actually very open about her relationship status as all her family and friends always knew it.
She has been in a relationship with Amber Laign for last 10 years. They both first met in San Francisco with the help of few mutual friends.
Amber is a massage therapist who specializes in dealing people with injuries.
As far as their relationship is concerned, Amber is highly devoted to Robin. She stood firm with Robin during her two massive health issues – breast cancer (2007) and Myelodysplastic Syndrome (2012).
Robin Roberts told about Amber in a very subtle manner. She posted, “I am grateful for my entire family, my long time girlfriend, Amber, and friends as we prepare to celebrate a glorious new year together.”
