Pakistan FO summons Indian Deputy High Commissioner in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Affairs department has called on Indian Deputy High Commissioner into its office on Wednesday pertaining attacks on Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi.

Pakistan’s FO has avoided condemnation words for the protestors’ attack on its High Commission in the federal capital of India but urged to tighten the security measures.

FO spokesperson said that the deputy high commissioner was called in the office to convey message for provision of maximum security to Pakistani diplomatic staff in India as it is the responsibility of Indian government.

Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs department took recent step just after receiving information about today’s protestors’ attack carried out on Pakistan’s High Commission situated in New Delhi.

Responding on Pakistan’s claim of having biggest number of violations on Line of Control, some Indian protestors tried to break into Pakistan Embassy in the Indian capital on Wednesday (today).

According to local media, protestors tried to get into the Embassy’s boundaries.

Pakistan’s Foreign Office Islamabad expressed concerns over the recent attack on Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi by protestors belonging to ruling party of India.
