Police investigation incharge killed in Karachi

KARACHI: Beside ongoing investigation process of killed intelligence chief Chaudhry Aslam as well as Karachi operation, terrorists have now managed to kill another police inspector Malik Iqbal in Karachi, the metropolis of Pakistan.

Unidentified assailants have gunned down a police inspector reportedly named as Malik Iqbal in MPR Colony of Aurangi Town, a densely populated area of the metropolis.

Police officials on the site detailed the attack, said that the firing was carried out on the killed inspector near his home located in the Aurangi Town’s colony

Deceased Inspector Malik Iqbal was also the investigation incharge in a police station of Aurangi Town, sources said.

Sources revealed Iqbal was investigating the cases of many west rang target killers as well as played vital role in interrogation session with Rangers.

However, rescue team have reached the location and shifted the dead body to the hospital.

Heavy contingents of law enforcement agency has been deployed in the area to commence a search operation.
