Washington: South Korean technological giant Samsung is eyeing to introduce its largest tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, as new leaked render suggest device’s model number Samsung SM-T905.

Samsung tablet carrying model number SM-T905 was shipped to India for testing, but apart from the model number, no details of the device were mentioned at the time.

Now, the SM-T905 has shown up in a shipping manifest once again, and this time, the tablet is listed as having a 12.2-inch tablet. Now, since the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 will be sporting the model number SM-P90*, we can only assume that the SM-T905 is a 12.2-inch slate of the Galaxy Tab Pro family, instead of a 13.3-inch tablet as we’d earlier speculated.

No other details are currently available on the SM-T905, though some firmware for the device are already available on Samsung’s servers, which means we could see it being announced along with the 8.4- and 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab Pros and the Galaxy Note Pro next month.

The specs will likely be pretty high-end, like a 2,560×1,600 display, at least a Snapdragon 800/Exynos octa-core processor, 2-3 GB of RAM, and the latest version of Android, especially if we go by the supposed specs of the 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab Pro.
