NEW YORK – A federal court of United States while admiring the unprecedented efforts of an American national Pakistani surgeon Saeed Bajwa, gave remarks that the surgeon is a boon to the American society.

The Pakistani surgeon was accused by the government of United States, of gaining the shares of Shifa International Hospital Islamabad by the breach of American laws. The court gave remarks that the accusation of tax fraud could not be proved and asked the surgeon to continue serving the community.

The judge also rejected the application of attorney general of punishing the surgeon with one million dollar fine and three to five years imprisonment.

The court while expressing dissatisfaction said that the government has failed to provide proofs sufficient to prove the allegations.”Saeed Bajwa is a professional surgeon and had purchased the shares through legal means”, said the court.

The court concluded the hearing while giving remarks that Dr. Bajwa is a treasure to the American community and finds great respect in the areas he has served.
