Luke Grimes will not be seen in the seventh and final season of “True Blood” and now his role will be cast again.
According to TV Line, “He initially joined the show because he wanted to work with [his Forever co-star]Deborah Ann Woll. But when he started reading the scripts for Season 7, he was disappointed to learn that they were going in a completely different direction with James.”
Luke’s exit has been confirmed by an HBO spokesman too, “The role of James is being recast due to the creative direction of the character.”
He became part of the show in last season as James, who was the lover of Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll).
However, Luke has got something really big for future – he will be seen in the movie “Fifty Shades of Grey” playing the character of Christian Grey’s brother.
