PTI Nominates Candidate for NA-108

GUJRAT – The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has formally announced the name of its candidate for NA-108 by-election, former PPP MNA Chaudhry Tariq Tarrar will contest election on PTI’s ticket. PTI announced the name of new candidate for NA-108 by election after the seat went vacant when former MNA Ejaz Chaudhry was disqualified by the court. While announcing the name PTI fully ignored the family of Former Ijaz Chaudhry who was disqualified for concealing his degree, and announced the name of former PPP MNA Chaudhry Tariq. JSQM leader Abdul Wahid Aresar passes away aged 65

KARACHI: Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) senior leader Abdul Wahid Aresar passed away in private hospital at the age of 65 in Karachi.   He is one of the founding leaders of the JSQM, a political party in Sindh. Aresar had previously been chairman of the party in the 1990s. Wahid Aresar was admitted in the hospital for a few days. LAS VAGES: Floyd Mayweather has won the fight the big fight by a unanimous decision against Manny Pacquiao to become the unified Welter Weight Champion. It is unfortunate that our political leaders are not interested in education which can easily be perceived by our yearly budget for education that is only 2 per cent of the total budget. Education is considered the cheapest way to get progress everywhere, but our government is not serious and sincere about the education in Pakistan. Judicial Commission summons 13 witnesses on 6th May

ISLAMABAD: The commission has directed 13 witnesses to appear on Wednesday.  Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has provided list of witnesses to the General Elections 2013 Inquiry Commission to summon them and record their statements. KARACHI – Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has been formed by the Sindh Home Department to investigate the allegations put on by the SSP Rao on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Friday. NEW YORK – A federal court of United States while admiring the unprecedented efforts of an American national Pakistani surgeon Saeed Bajwa, gave remarks that the surgeon is a boon to the American society. Two Pakistani Planes With AID Left For Nepal

Katmandu – Prime Minister Of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, has ordered to dispatch the two planes with 700 tents to Nepal on Saturday. Prime Minister ordered the authorities to deliver some 20,000 tents to the Earthquake Stricken Nepal, and out of that two planes carrying 700 tents taken off to Nepal. KARACHI: Senior Superintendent Police Malir Rao Anwaar has been removed from his post following his press conference in which he leveled allegations on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). Captain among five troops killed in Khyber clashes

RAWALPINDI: Five army personnel, including a captain, were martyred while 27 terrorists were killed in clashes in Khyber Agency, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Thursday. Gregory Mertens: Belgian footballer dies aged 24

BRUSSELS: Belgian footballer Gregory Mertens has died after suffering heart attack during a football match on Monday. 24-year-old defender was playing for Lokeren’s reserve team against Genk when the tragic accident occurred. He had been in a coma since being rushed to hospital.
